Villa seasons are defined as follows:

• Low season: January 11 – June 30 (except Easter week),
  September 17 – December 14
• High season: July 01 – September 16, and Easter Week
• Peak season: December 15 – January 10
• One extra-bed per villa available (50 USD per night).
• Rates are per night. Rates are excluding 10% government tax & 5% service charge.
• Validity dates: april 1st 2012-march 31st 2013

Minimum Staying

• Low Season Minimum nights required : 3 nights
• High Season Minimum nights required : 5 nights
• Peak Season Minimum nights required : 7 nights
