The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak area , within walking distance of acclaimed restaurants including the famous KUDETA, Hu’u bar and living room. Only 20 minutes drive from Bali’s International airport and a 3 minutes walking to the beach.

This 3 bedroom luxury villa with the highest quality of fabrics and furniture’s is perfect for both families and or groups of friends wishing to holiday together and indulge in other vacation highlights. Each bedroom has a private en-suite open-air bathroom with bathtub; shower and quality amenities that help enhance the overall relaxing holiday ambience. All rooms have their own safety box, LCD screens and DVD players and air conditioning. Two bedrooms feature luxurious king sized beds with mosquito nets and one bedroom features twin bed

A 11 x 4 metre lap pool, an outdoor living space, a semi open-air living and dining room, a kitchen, and a relaxation pavilion set within a compact walled garden. The villa is equipped with WiFi Internet access and numerous other thoughtful considerations for the comfort of the guests.

The villa has 3 bedrooms all with modern beds featuring the highest quality mattresses, bed linen and pillows. You may choose to have all 3 bedroom with king sized beds or combined 2 king sized beds and 1 twins bed. Each room has a private open-air bathroom with bathtub, shower and quality amenities that help enhance the overall relaxing holiday ambience. All rooms have their own safety box, air conditioner.

Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Term and condition :

Villa rates are quoted in US dollars subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge.
Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
Minimum stay: 2 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak).
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking.
Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation.
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation.
The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.

Accommodation rates is per NIGHT per villa and inclusive of:

Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
In-house daily American breakfast (maximum 2 person per room)
Unlimited FREE usage WIFI Internet access (guest’ personal computer is required)
Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order – in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account.
