Villa Mimi was designed and built to international standards in a modern tropical style and is conveniently located only a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak’s famous beaches, restaurants, chic shopping precinct’s, and glittering nightlife.
Offering tropical living at its best with a spacious fan cooled central open living and dining pavilion, traditional Balinese bale located above one end of the 15mtr. swimming pool, separate study/entertainment room, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms all with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms.

When staying at Villa Mimi you may never feel the need to get into a car as being positioned between rice paddies and its own expansive tropical garden at the end of a dead-end road with no passing traffic, makes it an oasis of calm in the midst of the Seminyak bustle and you may never want to venture far beyond it!

ABOUT US

Generously laid out on over 600sq mtrs. and all on one level, Villa Mimi has been designed in a modern Balinese tropical style. The entire villa is entered around a 15mtr swimming pool with a traditional open Balinese Bale positioned over one end of the pool designed for those lazy days with the open plan living and dining area located at the other end, all the bedrooms open out to the cool grass and lush tropical garden surrounding the pool area.

Villa Mimi features 3 air conditioned or fan cooled master bedrooms, each with king size beds, 32” flat screen TV’s, DVD player and cable TV with international channels. All the bedrooms feature individual open en suite bathrooms with separate showers and luxurious baths set in amongst there own private tropical garden. The western master bedroom opens into an adjoining air-conditioned or fan cooled study, come entertainment come massage or yoga space.

The expansive open plan dining area is centred around a magnificent recycled teak dining table, seating 12 for when you feel the need to entertain your friends using Villa Mimi’s in-house cook, who will prepare your meals from our extensive local and international menu carefully prepared in our fully fitted contemporary kitchen. The open plan lounge has all the comforts of home with a 50” Flat screen TV, DVD player and Bose sound system.

Villa Mimi provides free local calls and allows you to re connect with the real world should you feel the need using our free WiFi.

Villa Mimi is located to the north of Kuta and Legian, in the midst of Seminyak just 20 minutes from Nurah Guya? international airport.
